The hotel's location was phenomenal with easy access to tram, metro, and bus. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was warm, well-equipped, and had a modern shower. The breakfast offered a variety of options.

Best things were the room design, and the location was a real advantage, near to public transportation and restaurants. the view from the window was also a plus.

Worst things were the unpleasant staff and the bad service, including not getting enough toilet paper, overpaying for taxi services, and not getting a proper breakfast. the cleanliness was also below the standards.
